In visual energy countries are a managing entity. They are subordinated over a Region and are used for addresses. Up to version 4.6 the period duration was defined per medium per Country. From version 4.7 the definition of the period duration take place by the respective OBIS code.
The association of a Network Operator always are to one Location. There are namely the possibility to associate Network Operator with the properties of a Location. Then these will always be associated to all associated Regions and there the Location.
