visual energy allows the generation of typical documents (PDF, XLS, DOC, …) associated to the respective object-project, Location, Location medium, Distributing plant, as well as generally workplace Evaluation. Each document is associated to an owner, who can grant permissions for reading or editing. User with permissions for editing can change all properties, user-permissions too.
To open the document-archive click on the icon
Upload Documents
- Change to the object (Location, Distributing plant,…) which received a document.
- Use this button
- Choose the file locally on your computer and choose the type. Subsequently the file can be uploaded.
Document properties & change permissions
After uploading or with this button 
you could change the properties of the chosen document. The respective document is only display by users with the respective permissions.
